About PillowPC.Com and Pinnacle-Services of Brentwood, CA.PillowPC.com is owned and operated by Lee Pillow and Carissa Pillow, from their home-office in Brentwood, CA. Lee Pillow serves as our chief technician and consultant, and brings over 20 years of PC computer expertise with him to every call and every conversation. He is an expert computer troubleshooter/repairman and provides consultation services on the use of computer and Internet technology to home owners, home offices, and small businesses.. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems and the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification. From 1998-2003, Lee worked for Dell in the technical support group for both desktop and portable computers. During his time at Dell, Lee held positions as a phone support technician, Level 2 technician, technical analyst, computer lab administrator, and technical support team manager. Prior to working at Dell, Lee was a U.S. Army sergeant, with the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, Texas. Lee served as a prisoner of war interrogator (1992-1998), and is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute's Arabic Language program. He had the additional duty of maintaining computers for his company and battalion during this period. Lee's PC computer experience dates back to 1984, and the early days of the DOS operating system. He's worked as a technician on every evolution of PC hardware and Microsoft operating systems since that time. The services of PillowPC include personal computer setup, installation, troubleshooting and repair of PC hardware, software, peripherals, and Windows Operating Systems. We also provide network troubleshooting and installation services, computer upgrades, spyware and virus removal/prevention, data backup solutions, pre-purchase consultations for new systems, and technology consulting for small businesses.
